NSW Police Legacy donates $5000 - 24 October 2008
The APMP was delighted to receive a generous donation of $5,000 from the NSW Branch of Police Legacy. In presenting the donation, the NSW Police Legacy noted that the Directors and Board of Management of NSW Legacy wholeheartedly endorsed participation as a donor, and would encourage other State branches of Police Legacy to also support this important national memorial.
In response Tim Ford, Chairman of the APMPC stated "It is wonderful to see the positive response taken by Police Legacy to support and promote this important national project which will commemorate and celebrate Australian peacekeeping over the last 60 years and into the future. This donation and support is gratefully acknowledged by the APMP Committee".
The NSW Police Legacy is now listed on the APMP website as a “Friend of Peacekeeping”.
