QANTAS pledges to be a Partner of Peacekeeping - 15 October 2008
Today in Sydney, the Chairman of the APMP presented a Certificate of Appreciation to QANTAS as a “Friend of Peacekeeping” for their donation of $11,000 to the APMP. During the event the Executive General Manager of QANTAS, Mr John Borghetti expressed great appreciation for the achievements of Australian peacekeepers around the world. He offered for QANTAS to further support the APMP with publicity and specifically to raise the QANTAS Donation to $25,000. This donation will now qualify QANTAS as an APMP “Partner of Peacekeeping” and is greatly appreciated by all associated with the project.
