APMP Annual General Meeting - 25 July 2008
The APMP Committee cordially invites all financial members of the Project to the 3rd Annual General Meeting to be held at The Olims Hotel Canberra, Conference Room, Corner Ainslie & Limestone Avenues Braddon, Canberra on Friday 25 July 2008.
Timings are 6:00pm for a start of the AGM at 6:30pm. Elections will be held for the following positions;
- Chairman,
- Vice Chairman,
- Secretary, and
- Treasurer.
Following the elections and AGM, dinner will be held at the Olims Hotel Thai Resturant at own expense.
For those unable to attend but wish to vote, please complete the Proxy Voting Form and return to the Secretary ASAP.
The Committee looks forward to seeing as many members as possible attending.
