Vietnam Veterans Association of Australia (Victoria) donates $1000 - 10 October 2007
Mr Bob Elworthy, VVAA-Vic State President, presented a cheque for $1000.00 to Mr Matt Burke OAM, State President APPVA-Vic on Saturday 6th Oct 07, at the Long Tan room at Greensborough RSL.
Bob Elworthy said "This cheque is presented to the APPVA-Vic towards fundraising for a National Peacekeeping Memorial in Canberra"
"We the VVAA-Vic are fully supportive of this worthy memorial, and are happy to assist further with any fundraising initiatives"
The cheque was presented to Tim Ford, Chairman of the APMPC during its monthly meeting, held on Wednesday, 10th Oct.
